Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory-owned foreign trade company. We are deeply integrated with the manufacturing base, sharing production lines, QC, and R&D resources with no middleman fees. We deliver reliable quality, competitive factory prices, and stable lead time, with full export qualifications to support bulk, customized, and long-term B2B orders.

Q2: Where is your factory located? Is a factory visit available?

Our factory is located in Qixian, Shanxi Province, and we have an independent foreign trade office. On-site factory visits and remote video audits are available by appointment.

Q3: What is your production capacity and certification qualification?

As a manufacturer who has glassware production experience over 28 years, we have stable production capacity for small trial orders and large bulk orders. Our products are certified with FDA, ISO, SGS, BSCI and other export standards, compliant with mainstream global marketswith complete customs documents.

Q4:Do you support product customization? What customized services are available?

We support OEM/ODM customization, including size, material, color, craftsmanship, logo printing, and packaging. Custom designs and samples are acceptable. 

Q5: What is the MOQ for customized orders?

No strict MOQ for in-stock items; small trial orders are welcome. Custom MOQ is flexible and reasonable. Relaxed MOQ and mixed orders are available for long-term clients. Please contact us for details.

Q6: Can I get product samples? What is the sample cost and lead time?

Regular samples are free; buyers only cover freight. Custom samples require a small fee, which will be fully refunded when your bulk order quantity reaches the specified standard. Sample lead time: 3-5 days for standard items, 7-10 days for custom items. 

Q7: Can you provide the product catalog, quotation, and qualification documents?

Yes, we provide free electronic catalogs, quotations, spec sheets, certificates, and QC reports. 

Q8: What payment terms do you accept?

 We accept T/T, Western Union, and PayPal (for sample orders). Official foreign trade contracts are provided to guarantee secure transactions.

Q9: What is your standard payment ratio?

Standard terms: 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment. Flexible terms are negotiable for large and long-term orders.

Q10: Can I modify or cancel the order after confirmation? Is a refund available?

Order details can be modified freely before production. No free cancellation after production starts. Refund or compensation is available for our quality or delivery issues. Deposit is non-refundable for unilateral client cancellation, subject to contract terms.

Q11: What is your order production lead time?

In-stock goods ship in 3-5 working days. Custom bulk orders take 25-35 working days. Lead time for complex or large orders is negotiable.

Q12: What shipping methods are available? How to calculate shipping cost?

We support sea, air, express, and railway shipping. Freight cost is calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Client forwarders are acceptable; we also provide cost-effective logistics solutions.

Q13: How to track the order after shipment?

We will provide a tracking number and link after shipment, with full-process logistics follow-up to solve delivery and customs issues on time.

Q14: Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

Standard quotation excludes destination duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are borne by the buyer. We provide complete customs documents to help reduce import costs.

Q15: How to get one-on-one dedicated business support?

You can contact us via website form, email, or WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours and provide one-on-one full-service support for quotation, order follow-up, and after-sales.

Q16: How to handle after-sales problems? What is your after-sales response time?

We provide 24-hour after-sales support. For quality damage, wrong or missing items, we offer replacement, replenishment, or compensation after verifying photo and video evidence.
